The Story Behind The Palm Terrace
The Palm Terrace was created by Jamaican entrepreneur and event professional Kevan Stewart.
After spending years working at weddings and celebrations throughout Jamaica, Kevan saw both what made an event exceptional and what could happen when the setting, service, and production were not fully aligned. In 2020, he began transforming the Montego Bay property that would become The Palm Terrace.
The venue began welcoming guests in 2021 and officially opened in 2022. Its continued evolution reflects the same quality that initially drew us to the property: it is not being treated as a finished backdrop. It is being thoughtfully developed as a place where celebrations can become more expansive, more personal, and more connected to Jamaica.
